Recently, Fiserv Securities was purchased by National Financial which changed Fiserv's name to NF Clearing, Inc. We decided to use this event as an opportunity to investigate alternative clearing arrangements. As a result of our search, we signed an agreement with ADP Clearing & Outsourcing Services, Inc. ("ADP Clearing"), a member of the New York Stock Exchange, to be our new clearing broker. We were impressed with the variety and depth of ADP Clearing's services, which include a number of new systems which were not previously available to us.

The conversion to ADP Clearing is now complete. The changes and enhancements should cause no disruption to your investment activity. We believe you will appreciate the new features associated with our new clearing firm, ADP.

*NEW* ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF TRANSACTIONS EXECUTED IN YOUR ACCOUNT
We are pleased to announce that electronic delivery is now available for transactions executed in your brokerage account(s). Trade confirmations, monthly account statements, 1099 statements, proxies/prospectuses, and other account documents that are permitted to be delivered electronically are available for viewing, printing, and retrieval directly from your computer. Once you elect to receive these documents electronically, you will no longer receive them via regular mail.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE CONTINUING: Lombard Securities is required to send you trade confirmations, monthly account statements, 1099 statements, proxies/prospectuses, and other account documents in writing. By enrolling in E-Documents, you acknowledge and agree that we will no longer provide you with a paper copy of these documents.

How do I get started?
1. After you have registered and logged into your account online, click on the "E-Documents" link from the menu on the left. Then click on "Enroll" in the upper right corner. *If you don't have online access to your account, you can register for E-Docs at www.icsdelivery.com/usclearing.
2. Enter your account number and email address. If you accept the agreement, your temporary 13-digit enrollment number and account activation instructions will be mailed to your address of record. *If you have more than one account, you need to register each account separately!
3. When you receive the letter in the mail, it will contain activation instructions. You will be instructed to go to www.investordelivery.com/usclearing to activate your E-Documents account.
4. After a 24 hour activation period, you should be able to login.
5. You will receive emails when new documents are available for your account. You can view the documents at https://postedge.documentmailbox.com/usc/nwRetail.jsp.
